Combat Parkinson's
What we do in this class:
This class uses dynamic, high-effort movements to manage Parkinson’s Disease and enhance overall well-being. The sessions focus on improving cognition, balance, and coordination while incorporating vocal exercises and targeted neuroactive techniques to address motor symptoms.

Diabetes Wellness
What we do in this class:
The benefit of exercise in the prevention and management of T2D has a strong evidence base. The aim of this class is to follow the evidence for including structured physical activity for those living with type 2 diabetes.
Patients with T2D are eligible for a Medicare Type 2 Diabetes Group Allied Health Service Referral and should talk to their GP about taking advantage of this comprehensive service.

Our antenatal and post-natal classes, are led by a specialised pelvic floor physiotherapist, and designed to support expecting and new mothers through their journey to motherhood.
