Our circuit-based class is aimed at improving full-body movement and strength.

Focused on muscular strength, cardiovascular fitness, and mobility, this class helps you stay strong and healthy through varied exercises that target all aspects of physical fitness.

Move2Live - Level 1

Class aimed at nurturing confidence for those with a history of falls and complex health conditions. Perfect for those just starting classes, or managing health issues.

Attendees must have an individual consultation prior to group attendance.

Combat Parkinson's

What we do in this class:

This class uses dynamic, high-effort movements to manage Parkinson’s Disease and enhance overall well-being. The sessions focus on improving cognition, balance, and coordination while incorporating vocal exercises and targeted neuroactive techniques to address motor symptoms.

Participants benefit from a supportive community that fosters connection and emotional well-being, empowering their journey with Parkinson’s Disease.

Diabetes Wellness

What we do in this class:

The benefit of exercise in the prevention and management of T2D has a strong evidence base. The aim of this class is to follow the evidence for including structured physical activity for those living with type 2 diabetes.

Patients with T2D are eligible for a Medicare Type 2 Diabetes Group Allied Health Service Referral and should talk to their GP about taking advantage of this comprehensive service.

Our antenatal and post-natal classes, are led by a specialised pelvic floor physiotherapist, and designed to support expecting and new mothers through their journey to motherhood.
